patch config/launcher fail

hoping it would fix itself, i've been waiting for like 3 days, i still get this error in both the regular game launch and the steam version, can't even download the game again regularly through the website because the link fails, tried reinstalling the steam version a few times now, still nothing

you will get no help on this you'r shit out of luck. same shit happen to me but then i went to the lake house i don't have the same isp as i do at the house. updated and plays just fine form steam now idk what will happen when i go back home hope it still works
