Unable to login to world

Hi, I got a message 'Unable to login to world' or something. And when I clicked 'ok' (the only button on the pop up message), the game exited.
Anybody know why? and what should I do.
If I should uninstall it, how to uninstall the game? Can't find uninstall option anywhere on computer or launcher.
