Account Issue DN SEA

I already done transferring my account to eyedentity and downloaded the client on sea.dragonnest.com/teaser
but as soon as I tried logging in my game account, can't seem to access it. Tried all my password i can think off
but nothing. So i thought, i might as well change game account password but can't seem to do that as well.
Are there any other way i can change my game account info? Want to access my game account and play again.

Hello! From my understanding are you trying to log into the ED game client? The server did not yet transfer, and you are still redirected to the Cherry Credits launcher I believe until August 28th. After that the servers go down to complete the transfer from Cherry to Eye.

If you mean't that you couldn't log in to Eyedentity through the main page because you forgot your password you can reset it through the Forgot Password option, to get an alternative way to reset it sent to your email!

ok now .. another problem. Is the eyedentity client different from cherrycredits? cause i change my account info easily on cherry but the client im using is eyedentity and can't seem to log on there.
So guessing cherrycredits users can't use the new client version eyedentity then? aw men can't even locate the installers of DN Sea on cherrycredits anymore.

For the installer of DN SEA on cherry credits, I believe you would need someone to upload it for you to download as it was apparently removed...
The Eyedentity client is different from the cherry credits one.
