Can't log-in in the game "invalid account"

I already complete the user transfer account and done the patching when i try to log-in in the game it seem that may account is invalid I don't know why? I already saw someone post with a same problem in the forum but the replies still don't have any concrete solution to the problem yet. The issue seem to be the old client of cherrycredit vs the new client of eye identity. Hoping you may help me with it because i just want to go back to the game asap.

same here i already complete the user transfer account when i try go in the game but there always pop out ID and PW were not matched...even i double check my ID is my Eyedentity Registered Email and PW when i type in still the same ID and PW were not matched...i hope that we can find out that our Eyedentity account isn't transfer or not because my Cherry Credits theres write my account has been transferred but i still haven't log in the game after the server is up...
