Not sure what to do

I have the confirmation email for transferring my account. When I click on the given link to verify my account and put in my password, it keeps saying invalid password (I know my password is correctly inputted). Then my account eventually ends up locking for 5 minutes. I tried resetting my password, but I haven't received an confirmation email to reset my password (been over an hour). Its not in my junk or spam folder either.

I also have the same issue. Could it be that the e-mail service we're using is rejecting the e-mail from EyeDentity? I'm not sure what to do in this situation and it to have been waiting over an hour for this e-mail. If you want to know the e-mail service I use, it is Yahoo.

I really hope it isn't. If it is the issue, I wonder if there is a way to transfer e-mails.

Melchiah_Knighting finally got my email to change my password and now I can login the game, you should get one too soon (hopefully)
