    I dont know how to quote cross-thread here but are all the people who agreed to the service transfer completely screwed out of their characters since aol and yahoo (through ancient magic only known to the most evil of evil) block ED emails from their services? Its been three hours and change and I havent recieved my email yet and after reading that it mightve been blocked seems like a glaring problem. I know they send emails out in batches and it might not have come to me yet but after reading it might be blocked entirely do we know what theyre going to do about it? Pretty sure a decent chunk of people used aol and yahoo for this :I

    I have good news to share with you, for Yahoo at least; however I am unsure for AOL. I sent in a password reset request about 2 1/2 hours ago and just now got it. Now I have to wait for them to send in the verification e-mail so I can finally play. If you haven't received your e-mail on Yahoo yet, you most likely will however it will be a very late e-mail. As for people with AOL, I am unsure about that situation. From what I read, both e-mail services did have a function that blocked other services from sending e-mails due to them not having verification with Yahoo, or AOL; however after receiving the e-mail I can confirm that it might be false; it will just take a while. I do understand your frustration with this as I am currently upset about this whole thing as well, but I'm sure it will come through soon.

      Im definitely frustrated. I had like 6 characters and a couple thousand gold >:I I used aol and im screwed. I made a fresh account with one of my hotmail emails and it got a verification INSTANTLY. Im livid.

          I used an aol/aim email for my xferred account and can log in to DN's site successfully, but like you, can't receive my verification email. Pretty sure they're being rejected from that provider altogether, regardless of spam settings/contacts/etc. I sent in a ticket about it, w/ a lot of supplementary information about my acc and its contents - maybe do the same?

          Had a friend confirm my characters are there, but being unable to DO anything is super frustrating. I spent a lot of time and money on my account. We should not have to miss out on our xfer/event rewards, or effectively lose our accounts over an issue like this, when we have valid emails and did everything we were supposed to. It needs to be addressed.

            Forum admin posted about it and theyre working on getting yahoo working but no word yet on aol
