I already submitted a ticket on this but I have received no response yet so I will just put the ticket on here also to see if any body else can help me. Oh and btw I am new to dragon nest so if im doing anything wrong with settings of the game or something please tell me.

Every time im in a loading screen whether it is going into a dungeon or going back into town I experience a long black screen which never happened when I played on the SEA server. Well when I go back to town the loading isn't so bad its just when I'm going into dungeon and switching areas in a dugeon. I am from NA so there shouldn't be a problem at all concerning to me being out of the country and theirs nothing wrong with my pc's processing power because like I said I played on the Dragon Nest SEA server with no long loading black screens. Now there is absolutely very minimum lag in dungeon so I don't see why it takes so long to load when im going in a different area. Outside from the black screen the game runs smooth. I also am using a wired connection so there defiantly shouldn't be any problems. The only reason I came to the NA server was to see how good it is compared to sea ,now to be honest it actually is better than sea but the thing that kills it for me is the black screen please help me fix this problem.
