Is the CM3 skill still working after the September Update? I've tried numerous times to activate the CM3 Flame Road EX and compared it with a normal cast of Flame Road EX but I don't see any difference at all, casting time and move speed did not increase. Both deals the same range of damage are same as well

movespeed is not that noticeable but more flames is noticeable when ur looking at your no. of hits
