Fireball EX Instant and skill heraldy

Hi there fellow sorcs ^^

I'm a dummy when it comes to testing, so I was wondering if anyone has carried out a test on whether the fireball ex instant is affected by the skill heraldy (+dmg) or not?

yes it is.
Fireball EX is a skill enhancer of Elemental Lord Skill Fireball, and Fireball EX Instant is Fireball EX as well the difference is it's quick cast and triggered by Phoenix Storm or Flame Spark. Don't forget the Fireball EX can be split into 3 mini fireballs.
