Just a quick question, how can one get experience in FDN if every raid party wants you to already have experience in FDN to run with them?

That's the definition of a catch 22.

And as an addendum,


If you're looking for raiding players, you're literally asking people to take their mains out of what ever guild they are currently in, because let's face it, if you're already experienced in FDN with everything Lgrade or higher, you're already in a guild with a raiding party.

Your requirements to be in a raid are absurd in that you aren't realizing what you're asking of people and not well thought out and don't leave any room for players coming up to ever join the high end raids.

You might want to think about revising this and including taking potential candidates on FDN runs to train them up.

Those are are FDN requirements! its not that they don't have chance! we still train our members on FDN mechanics each week The Requirements are only for Secure Run
we placed those requirements to have a proper group from each member who can only run FDN with their experience attached
