After i had gone to farm and hotspring, i cant deal damage, cant loot and cant buff my team mates in dungeon run. It was still working fine before i entered the farm and hotspring but it was bugged after leaving the hotspring. Please ED fix my character i would appreciate your help. Thank you

Update: It is still not fixed, waiting for ED response on my inquiry ticket

Update : I sent a 1:1 inquiry and I received a mail that it has been fixed via "resetting my score limit" but when I logged in it was still bugged.
I'm sending another one in hopes of it getting checked
