Here's the thing... Your client is Version 244, but to play the game you need to upgrade it to Version 271.

You can either:
1. Download the full client installer and start dnlauncher.exe to make sure you're not missing anything

2. Download the manual patch all the way up to the latest version. After that, you need to install it by running (double-clicking) the manual patch while it's in the same folder as DragonNest_SEA. Keep doing this until the upper-left corner of your launcher says Dragon Nest Ver.271

You'll know you're in the right folder if you see files like DnAutoUpdate, dnlauncher, DragonNest, etc. If you encounter any other problem, take a picture of notification and show it here.

the full client ive download is the easy solution but after that the patch froze and wont continue anymore

my ver is 244 will it work if i just download the manual patch of ver.271 only? cause ive already tried to download and install the ver 245 cause i though that it will work but after i downloaded the manual patch of 245, it wont run it shows nothing at all

No, you need to update systematically one-by-one without skipping anything.

Another easy method, just go find someone with a working Dragon Nest client, copy everything to your flash drive, then paste it in your computer.

but the manual patch ive downloaded wont run

can i have a copy of your DownTest.tmp? cause i think thats the prob or you want to see the logs so you can see the real prob?

I did some search for your problem, and apparently it might be caused by parental control restricting access for dnlauncher (which may also interfere with manual patch process). Try disabling it first before you try running the manual patch again or copying a fresh folder from your friend.

If you don't know how to disable such a basic function, you must be either too young to play the game or too lazy to search the answer by yourself.

If it was the former, I should not help you any further since children under the age of 13 are forbidden from using the game service (please refer to section 1 of Privacy Policy regarding Information Practices Concerning Children)

If it was the latter, I still won't help you out. Please make some effort for once in a while, and stop asking people to feed you all the time.

sir ive already disable the parental control but the patch still wont continue and still freezes

Sigh.... Have you tried it on a different computer or with a fresh copy of DN folder obtained from your friend? If those two methods still don't work, just file a support ticket.

sir the patch continued but another problem come up my current version now is 248 ive use manual patches but after idl ver 248-249 a runtime error came up what can i do about this?
