Game doesn't proceed with the start up

Hi Guys! I am having problems with the game itself, as I have clicked on the 'Start Game' on the launcher, there is no follow up boot up to the game, usually it will prompt the XIGNCODE but in my case, it just finished after the start on the client. Can anyone help me with this? I have tried to reinstall the game multiple times, turned off all my anti virus programs and even fixed my operating system. Still the same issue The event will end on the 30th and I cant still access my account and participate due to this issue.

Sorry but can you try something?

Can you try this and see if it works:

1. Go to your start an type "Exploit Protection"
2. Turn off 2 things under the System Protection Settings TAB:

- Data Execution Prevention(DEP)
- Validate Exception Chains(SEHOP)

3. Restart your computer.
4. Try running Dn again from the "dnlauncher" as "Administrator".

Let me know if it works.

NOTE: Please revert back these settings after you run Dragon nest.

Side Note: This is not a recommended Solution but you may try if u wish.If it doesn't work, PLEASE Revert it back!

mine also does the same thing. click start game and nothing happens. my comp is a new pc and everything is up to date and when i try to download the normal way of direct download, which is the dn downloader, it says i cannot connect to the server which doesn't allow me to download. than i try torrent download, after that i install, and it hangs after install is completed. than i try to launch the dnlauncher but it didnt do that. so i did a clean uninstall, restart pc, delete any other dn files. and restart again, and did a new install. and this time it complete without hanging. than i launch the launcher and it does the patches. after it's done and i start game, nothing happens. so i try to do the same step again to reinstall. but the same thing. nothing happens after clicking start game.

guys, i need help, i too have this problem, any solution other than - Data Execution Prevention(DEP)/- Validate Exception Chains(SEHOP) ?? if there other solution, please help me. if not, let me know. i'll proceed with that one.

I am having the same issue and tried the DEP and SEHOP fix and it worked for me. I reverted back to the original settings and rebooted after I launched it and then when my PC came back on it loaded perfectly
