Graphic Glitch , Split into 2

Dear All,

I just join back DN but I having some problem while in game. You can see it split into 2 part. Top and Bottom are not the same.

Character screen, btm of the body is missing. I cant even see the road in the City.

Please teach me how to solve it.

I am using AMD 3700X and RTX3060.
