Unblock Europe IPs for DNSEA (there is no more DN EUROPE)

I just relocated to Europe and I cannot play DN Sea anymore here.
There is no more DN Europe so why Europe IPs must be blocked?
Please unblock European IPs for DN Seas . thanks,
