I don't know if anyone still do this (maybe not because its an old thing we used to do) but how about rebuilding the Dragon Nest Speed Runners.
What is a speedrun?

"A speedrun is a play-through (or a recording thereof) of a video game performed with the intention of completing it as fast as possible. Speedruns may cover a whole game or a selected part, such as a single level. While all speedruns aim for quick completion, some speedruns are characterized by additional rules that players promise to obey, such as collecting all key items. Players attempt speedruns mainly to challenge themselves and to entertain and compete with others."
Why is dragon nest a good speed run game?
It has a timer for us (even if its not the best), bosses do prose a challenge and npcs are dumb like really dumb for spawning in a group rather than individual spawn.
How will this be done?
The records will be mark here, i'll try my best to update everything until i find a program for everyone to update themselves without cheating.
People are overpowered in the game and I can't kill monsters in one it...
Yes this will happen so the records will be placed in 5 groups, The Overpowered, Normal Run, Under Equipment, Glitch Advantage, and Event Advantage.
Where does a record go for "This"?
- Overpowered is anything with the user easy killing the boss in one hit, this also applies with intensity killing every npc you face.
- Normal Run is where you do not kill many npcs (max 80%) or the boss in one hit and the level is exactly as the dungeon recommends (max level until consider overpowered: #+2).
- Under Equipment is where users do not have money to spend on healing potions, revive, pets, etc. Yes the user can go in a dungeon naked and its consider fair so long has there is no easy killings, this means killing npcs and boss in one hit. Just to make this clear, the under equipment group can use any equipment but are not allowed to enhance it or give only one user an advantage. Costumes count as advantage to one user.
- Glitch Advantage is one where a user discover an error in the game to help reduced the time. Often these glitch are rare or common, however since this is an MMORPG the glitch might be fixed or could not work for certain users. That is where these records fall onto until something else happens.
- Event Advantage is where users get an advantage on events, this includes exp lvl event, extra (something), free gift, Dungeon update (rip old nets), etc. Any official update that cause a huge advantage to the player's speedrun is added here. (current official event: Ice dragon event and awaking only on the original classes).
so what do you guys think, i'll post my speed run soon after the hurricane passes since i have a good feeling that i won't be able to be online at that time. any suggestion and feedback is welcome.
