Ok so this has happened twice already and I know it happens to other people as well. I have several screenshots showing information regarding my VeyeP + collected eggs + dnp and I didn't get anything from Irene's Daily gift for today 4/5. I also have screenshots of the only two emails I have received from CC the first time I sent in a ticket and still no response or compensation. I sent in a 2nd ticket since it was a second time this has happened. There are the ticket #'s as well so any ED/CC employee can look at tickets directly. Nest Dean I messaged GM Lime in game and they said that they forwarded my ticket number but yet still have no heard anything nor have I received the missing items. Looking for competent employees to actually provide costumer service on the game their company is running and not just these messengers with no say on anything.
