  • Missing Eggs/DNP from VeyeP

    Ok so this has happened twice already and I know it happens to other people as well. I have several screenshots showing information regarding my VeyeP + collected eggs + dnp and I didn't get anything from Irene's Daily gift for today 4/5. I also have screenshots of the only two emails I have received from CC the first time I sent in a ticket and still no response or compensation. I sent in a 2nd ticket since it was a second time this has happened. There are the ticket #'s as well so any ED/CC employee can look at tickets directly. Nest Dean I messaged GM Lime in game and they said that they forwarded my ticket number but yet still have no heard anything nor have I received the missing items. Looking for competent employees to actually provide costumer service on the game their company is running and not just these messengers with no say on anything.

      CC handles the ticket, got the ticket and forward to ED for investigation and compensation. 
      Is really not CC fault that ED is not replying to it #justsaying

      and the amount of missing vip item are increasing lately from what mantou observed.
