The one thing that really pissed me off with Nexon is that they refused to acknowledge their mistakes and fix them. Mistakes happen, I understand this. What I don't understand is the fact that Nexon looks the other way and does not make any effort to fix anything. Truly acts of a child.

Take a long look at this event. For those who don't know, the rewards were supposed to go to only those who had done the following nests at Abyss difficulty. In actuality, when the event ended, the rewards went to anyone that did the following nests ON ANY DIFFICULTY. Nexon didn't even bother fixing any this or even bothering to acknowledge the problem. Anyone who put the the effort of doing one of the hardest nests at the time got shit on.
And people wonder why I'm so pessimistic.Last edited by Blurlight; 09-25-2016, 04:58 AM.

I feel the cash shop was one of the biggest failures Nexon ever had. Limited cosmetic options, facial, eye, hair, color. In regards to color almost all of it was hidden under dragon eggs. If they had just random cosmetic boxes that would have been far more forgiving than what they had, but even that wouldn't have solved the overarching problem of just a lack of variety in general.
I mean, you look at Maplestory and its huge failures, at least it had cosmetics down(mostly, the longer the game came out, even the cosmetics were beckoning prayers to RNGesus). I ran around as a pretty unique character, only met one other person who looked exactly like me, and they had a completely different outfit on and hair color.
Granted those are two very different games with very different communities, but variety is the spice of life, and I notice MMO's tend to die when everyone looks the same.Last edited by Terra; 09-25-2016, 07:39 AM.

+100000000 to lack of communication between GM's and players as well as lack of moderation. Basically, nexon just didnt gaf.
With ED being the publisher, I hope they learn from other companies who self publish their game (ie, Warframe by DE, Path of Exile by GGG). These 2 f2p games are the ones i can pull out atm but they are one of the best examples of a true f2p and mmo done right. So please ED, hopefully you guys won't be arrogant and will listen to your players , be the company that Nexon could never be. A good company.-inactive forum account-

• Terrible Forums
•Never Acknowledge their players and listened to their suggestions thoroughly.
•Again, Lack of communication with the community.
•The Events were very bland, and never thought out. I look at other servers and I'm like.....Why don't we have these events here? Oh that's right..Nexon
•It's already bad enough we use "Nexon" as a bad metaphor.
•The GM's literally seem like they had no interest what's so ever.
•Especially in the drought times where the GM's just magically just left without a trace, that's the thing a GM/Moderator shouldn't do. They should be out there calming the situation rather than making it worst.
•They rely on a lot of Money grabbing.
•Just really didn't like my experience at all with Nexon. I only played the game for the purpose of the GAME itself. Not the company. The game is what made me stay, but the company was what made me leave.

The community of DN will be much better so long as Eyedentity stay vigilant when it comes to addressing tickets. One of the things that Nexon had a horrible reputation for was that certain issues would not be resolved if a specific person did not see the ticket first. I am so happy that Tekonos got my ticket about accidentally getting a Purple Cannon instead of a Purple Bubble Blaster...

If you actually frequent streams you will notice reason No.1 we don't get newcommers it's because they get bored of playing 3 hours just to one shot enemies and basically zero gameplay and content
Then their viewers take notice of that and don't come here
Nexon management was just half (or less) of the problem. They do have an horrible reputation but most players just skip drama and play with their friends anyways.
