    A golden Egg event was what i meant, not a repeat of selling it in the cash shop.
    There is still a great way to get gold out there, Just look and try to find it I'd tell people but its the sort of thing that would destroy the market when everyone tries.....

        How to get op costume items that match other servers with out paying. We're kinda very far from real P2W. A golden egg event would quickly increase the gold in the ecom. If we leave it now, it will take awhile to slowly build up. We say our economy is bad but what's the standard? What do we need to do to get to that standard? Or is our economy fine and we are the standard?
        We should probably ask ourselves that so we as a community can situate our goals.

          To be honest, its Na's economy that is messed up, not the prices... All this server needs is a good ol golden Egg event and it should be fine.

          I hugely disagree though where people say the price should be reduced, or something that only benefits them and would fail in the end, My plan might not be better, but hey at least +14 would be possible. But it is true, everyone wants RDNL's without working for it i have this friend who started at the same time as me, Bought all their runs and they are now upset that they can't enhance it.
          Yeah, that's another thing I wanted to comment on: why are people still buying RDN HC runs when they KNOW that the current economy will make it very difficult to enhance RDNL gear once they finally have it? The way I see, by this point it's just power-hungry casuals that are super lazy when it comes to gearing and willing to pay any price to get end-game power without having to do much of anything, and the already-overgeared raiders who take advantage of that laziness to make gold to upgrade their future L-grades. It's just silly, and I highly doubt the casuals that are like that will learn their lesson until the reality of the situation smashes them in the face with an IDNL Hammer.

            The reason why most people are buying runs, is because the large majority of the established teams at the moment, are focusing on clearing IDN Norm/HC. You'd have to have strong connections, if you're expecting 7 other people to schedule a set of runs, so you can get your 80L weapons. Some classes scale better with the stats gained from 80L enhancements, compared to the raw damage provided by 90Us and Ultimate/Nightmare 93s.

          Right now the rng for lgrades is so varied one person can spend 30k to get +12 and another spend 100k. Of course if there was more gold the 100k person wouldn't be losing out so much, and the system isn't so bad. Some people are lucky, others aren't.

          HOWEVER, IDNL will have the same RDNL MAINHAND price for ALL 7 PIECES! IDNL also uses QUALITY LGE not the normal ones like in the past!! It's simply insane to enhance IDNL with the current gold levels unless you're loaded with $$$$$. Again, this points to how the games prices are designed around the Asian server economies and not NAs restrictions.

            if people think the solution is to work 7x harder to earn more gold when others already struggling enhancing 1 mainhand...good luck with that. People can call those others lazy but if it took you 1000 ZP to make enough gold to enhance your Mainhand would you want to do 7000? It's not that people don't want to work for there stuff but it gets to the point where it's so frustrating doing the same thing again and again just to fail an enhancement and realize all your effort was for nothing.

              No please, don't make this game easier than it is. Lgrades are high tiered for a reason. Remember when people complained DDNL's costed too much? Same with GDNL's? They still got it and enhanced it. The idea of legendary gear is because it's suppose to be hard to obtain and enhance. Dumbing down the enhancement price will just mean everyone will be running around with IDNL's everywhere, much like RDNL's. Granted I never finished my RDNL's(or started really), but I certainly don't want to see every aspect of this game be easy for people.

                Where do people get this idea that legendary gear in this game is supposed to be hard to enhance when almost every other server is swimming in gold? It's completely made up.

                hard to obtain sure. there's a challenge in consistently clearing a raid. but heavily rng enhancement that requires cash items, has a chance of breaking without them and can degrade is shit design only there to siphon cash from the playerbase. there's no challenge in luck based enhancement.

                you're just working to blow gold at a slot machine. there's no reasonable defense for this design that is for the players.

                  They're swimming in gold because they have a stable population. North America's tanked and therefore our gold economy is smaller. The only server to be swimming in gold is EU, because of the crash. CDN Has many people who buy gold and KDN's economy is pretty damn normal. I'd argue theirs is the best with a perfect amount of people and a super incredibly nice playerbase too. So no, it's not made up whatsoever. Look back on previous caps and compare how hard it was to make gold then vs now. You couldn't 2 man DDN HC in 60 cap and sell it to 6 other people. You couldn't 2 man BDN HC even if you wanted to. This caps gold injection is a joke and with everything else around it being easy to generate gold, there's no reason to dumb down enhancments because players say so.

                  And also, "heavily RNG enhancement" is incorrect. Lgrades are a flat 33% fail chance every level. That is in fact the best enhancement in the game topping out epics and uniques entirely. Every game has a degrade system for enhancements. Would you rather have the Black Desert system where failing enhancements permanently hinders the gear durability? I wouldn't, nobody will cry over 1 or 2 levels degraded. They're given motive to work for the gold and to use it. If everything in this game is made easy to cater to their players, then what's the point to play a game with no challenge?

                    UGH! Stop right there with any mention of durability degrading. I saw enough of that in Grand Fantasia. ANY time you failed an enhancement, durability dropped to 0 and you were forced to repair, which repairing had a chance of reducing max durability. All the way down to 0/0 if it hit that point. You could only restore lost durability with certain items, and only certain items could let you repair without risk of losing max durability. Let's just say that we should be glad something like THAT isn't in DN.

                  People are rushing to end game, because everything else is seen as being "irrelevant". The problem is how this game is structured in general, the enhancement prices is set the way it is, to give you a goal to work towards. Since it is the best equipment = only the next cap's HC will have the equipment that can surpass it and since we get only one Raid a year, that's a long wait, so there's no reason to rush, especially in 93cap. New players are buying HC runs, because the other content is hardly being ran.

                    The population will crumble here again too if the game continues the way it is once the honeymoon phase of the transfer is over. When all this game has to offer is a badly designed end game kmmo grind you'll start to see more and more people leave when other games offer more enjoyable gameplay that is still challenging and rewarding. Most of the content here gives you crumbs for rewards for clearing content. Most of the nests have useless rewards, dailies give you chump change, some dungeons give better rewards than nests, the best way to make gold is farming apples on 500 alts etc.

                    33% is still heavily luck based. There is no difficulty when pressing the enhance button. It is just a roll of the dice. And cash items are required as materials. You can spend 40k or 100k+ or 200k+ and not get what you want. Only people that are already deep into the game would continue playing after amassing enormous amounts of gold and spending it all on enhancements only to be left with jack shit for upgrades or returning to where they started. Defending this design is honestly absurd. A team of players consistently clear a raid to craft their L grade gear and they're rewarded with a roll of the dice game in order to make their gear stronger and keep up? Does anyone that's not heavily invested into this game enjoy this design?

                      - best way to farm gold is making hundreds of alts to farm apples.
                      - gear progression is bad and there's a huge gap between l-grades and unique gear.
                      - too much rng: rng on dungeon drops, rng on 3rd stats, rng on gear upgrades, rng on merc exp and goddess pouch, rng on new idn gear, rng everywhere etc.
                      - almost no point in partying outside of nests unless u need guild exp.
                      - enhancement system is dependent on cash shop items to get anywhere decent.

                      even when this game was more difficult it had a terribly tiny playerbase for an mmo. the escalating strength of cash shop items and cash shop items in dragon eggs is just proof that they're milking whatever tiny bases they have instead of expanding.

                      laughing at "free ride". people want a better designed game and the only people left here are the ones that stomach the shitty decisions or defend it because they're heavily invested in the game.

                          they should raise the prices of l-grades! triple them. it would make the game more elite hardcore casual and not so easy like now.
