Day 19: Closed other tickets without response. Still no access.
Email response: The IGNs provided are linked to [new email].
So confirmed the e-mail change did get processed/recognized. But why am I not able to login to the website/game. They didn't answer that question.
19 Days of missed dailies, login rewards, New Years event, Christmas event, dragon hunting event, apples of life farming, 2 resets looking at 3 resets tomorrow.
I have tried resetting my password but I receive the "Login information is incorrect" error. I was informed that my new e-mail has been registered into the system (i.e. my characters are linked to the new e-mail address) but am unable to login to the website or in-game.
So my old and new e-mails are indeed in the system, but no action can be taken with them (i.e. logging in, changing passwords, etc.).
