What we're noticing is that all of the newly translated content was copied from SEA and some of the names were changed. >.> The rest (old content) is same as it was before in NA. So, you have a mix match of NA, SEA and some in between, with a lot of inconsistencies in new content. Some of it does seem hand-edited, but most is very similar.
