What does this Global patch note means?

Looks like the webpage for KDN patch for this month (or whenver the next patch on KDN is coming), but what does the "Currently, we are preparing global patch note and this is the latest Korean version(Korean text)." means?
Only that we are gonna get to see the KDN patchnotes in English? (If u go to the webpage for the patchnotes, there's an "Eng" button)?

It seems like eventually, yes, they might translate the korean notes into english. They are giving us a preview at future content, whether we get it or not xd

But still it is a pretty good general overview of what to expect. enhancing 93 gems to +15, daredevil fair raid(like saints haven defense im guessing), anniversary costumes or gear, ...etc.. kind of excited for future events.
