So does the Chronicle Character work now?

I read that it does and doesn't work now after the May 25th patch, so I'm confused. Is it working now?

Chronicle is active and working now - confirmed on a clean account and my main account (which has previous Chronicle character).

When you arrive at character select, you should see a little popup bubble on the Create Character button that indicates that Chronicle is active. In class selection, switch to Chronicle creation by pressing the button in the bottom left that says Chronicle and create your class (the create button should read Create Chronicle Character).
