Unable to log in? Not recognized email/pass

umm.. SO i have an issue... WHat if i transfered the wrong account over? BEcause im trying to log in with my main account but it says invaild login?? I really dont want to lose this account. Like cause when i log onto Nexon with it... It works But i cant log in with over here.. :""""""""""""""""( im Sooooo scared...

Did you transfer your main account with the emails you're trying? If so, make sure you're using the email you transferred your account with IN GAME on the verification agreement and the password you used IN the agreement. >.<

As far as i can see, all my items are intact from costumes-storage

And for those who are logged in and looking for free stuff; click on the " ! " and envelope icons to recieve;
just make sure youre on the character you want to give it to when you accept them. Free stuff <3

See i dont think i transferred my main account over... thats the potential issue that i may be faceing Like i can log into it over on nexons website... my main account have 1 replicated digit while my off account has 2 replicated digits.. and i think autofill put in the 2 replicated digit instead and so now my main account.. says invalid login when i try to log in

After I logged in, the website said that I was sent a confirmation email but I checked several times, in spam/junk folders included and never found anything after refreshing and hitting resend so many times. I've sent a ticket and the automated response said it would take two business days to reply =/ did it take a long time for y'all to get your confirmation email?

I have the same issue as you (using a yahoo account) and still have not received any confirmation e-mail. Even sent a ticket as well.

I clicked the link, went to main page, logged in with my email account and password. Yet, when I try to play the game through Steam, it gives me that message. I don't have any verification code or whatever it is they are wanting.

Wait all day long and they send the damn confirmation email but I STILL can't log on since it says its not verified yet.

SO will there possibly be a chance for them to figure things out. Cause the account is still usable over on nexons behalf but when i try to login over here it says "Incorrect Login info" But then i had an idea to go to the create an account page... and when i put my email in it says it's valid... I dont understand cause that was the account that i transferred over... I really do hope they can find a way to still be able to transfer that data over.. thats all i can say
