Hey Ed, I would really like to play the game you developed on the account I transferred, Maybe think of alternatives instead of waiting for AOL, i,e, Let us change the email of the account so we can confirm it and play on it.

Still waiting around for the AOL issue to be fixed... or at the very least they could give us access to the account page on the main Dragon Nest website so we could change our emails. Hopefully it'll get resolved soon.

Not only is this hurting aol and ect mail users, but as a Gmail user with atleast two very important people to me with these emails not being able to play with their hard earned characters and locked in this manner is very frustrating.

Like seriously, their characters exist in the game. Can they find some other means to verify their accounts?

not being about to play with my friend is very frustrating. they are like "why are you using aol email." ... the only reason i used aol email, was it was the same email i used for nexon. and the account been with nexon since maplebeta days. so.. ... .. = x =;; kinda regret not changing email. i do have gmail tho. and not use it.. i feel it kinda my fault. cause aol,yahoo is like grandpa/grandma of the email company.

forwarding mail might work for some people. it didnt work for me (aol/mail.com) but worked for my friend who was using hotmail... worth a try maybe?
they replied to my ticket saying "the issue is fixed except aol."

I got the same mail saying everything else works except for AOL. lol We still here guys just hang on. AS for the other peeps with different emails I'll keep pushing this thread for a fix. #AllEmailsMatter
