Leveling to 24 for apple farming

Whats the most efficient way to level 1-24?

Not sure if this is the most efficient way but what I've been doing is main quest to 16 then live in astral coven laboratory until 24.

It seems decently quick. With 250% xp (from capped toons), that process takes me 50min-1hr.

If you have bonus exp from max level characters it would be a good idea to do the first two or three mains quests and then grind at Valley of Morning when you hit level 9 untill level 16 then you can either do astral coven or Gobarta to level 24. If you don't have exp bonuses then stick to main quest until level 16 and then do Astral Coven or Gobarta.
