How To Go About Gearing Up?

As a Cleric main, my first character is my Saint at lv 87, very close! (Leveling Guardian on the side, and Heretic on release)
with this in mind, what do I aim for gear wise to start off? I have about 700g, do I get an Ice Dragon weapon to start for the damage boost? or what?

Theano gear is the easiest to access/afford and use to begin gearing up. (Level 93 epic)


From there, you'll have a few different options, depending on how much time you have to gather resources, how much gold you have avaiable, etc.

Desirous theano is a type of gear that you can receive randomly from running some of the 93 nests (Typhoon Krag, Professor K), hero boxes, and can also be purchased for nightmare stars at a relatively reasonable price.Only bother getting the weapons if you do the nightmare star thing, not worth to buy the whole set. I believe it's also a possible dragon hunting day reward. (Level 93 epic)

Ice dragon nest unique gear is crafted with drops, or dropped entirely, from ice dragon nest. This is probably going to be a pain in the ass to clear in only theano's, so you may just be better off buying the finished gear through the marketplace. Note: I don't own any IDN U gear so I don't know what the enchantment costs are like.


From there, what's left is mostly Legend grade Red Dragon and Legend grade Ice Dragon gear. These are crafted from doing the Hardcore versions of the 8-man raids. Red dragon gear first, Ice dragon gear second.

what is the gear requirement for Ice dragon HC normally be?

Looking at around 170k ele converted in town dam for a minimum (class dependent ofc) and is ultimately up to the raid/party leader anyways. But, 170k ele converted and 2 million HP are good numbers to go for. Don't stop either once hitting those, keep gearing up and getting stronger .
