Hi Couplord. I was wondering what type of dragon gem powers..like the dark, light, and lake is needed for the different character classes and sub classes. I searched the wiki's but this information wasn't available there :/.

Also, under unified skills there is a botton called skill restriction: able to equip all skills. How do i unlock that?

Additionally, I saw a player with like 42 extra skill points than me through the compare button. How did she obtain additional points to add to her character?

Hello Princess!

Wise Dragon Gems are for the Magical / Intellect type classes, This Affects Magic Damage, Magic Defense And Adds Crit Damage
Wind Dragon Gems are for the Physical / Agility Type classes. this Affects Physical Damage, Critical Chance and Critical Resist.
Brutal Dragon Gems Are for the Physical / STr Type classes, this Affects Physical Damage, Paralyze Chance, Paralyze Resist Crit Damage and Stun Chance.

Dark / Light / Fire / Lake Gems increases the elemental attribute of the class you are playing.
If you have converted through the use of a Elemental Conversion Gem ( Which is an un natural way to change your element ) Then that will be the type of gem you stack, Classes like for example Ice witch are naturally Ice so they would use Lake gems and have no need for a conversion Gem.

That Unified skill is currently unable to be used.
The higher your level is, the more skill points you have. After you hit level 93 you will have the certain amount of skill points as everyone else does~

Thanks Couplord. I'll look up Elemental Conversion Gems. I have an archer-windwalker (want to make a sniper one too), tinker-physician, and my friend I do dailies with has an assassin-abyss walker. What elemental gems do we need? What is radiance(just saw this on a website)? ty again in advanced

outside of raid, for example 4man nests, it does not matter which element you convert her to.

Oh yes! Also, on Marketplace. I see special crest that say allows you to use [some name]. Can anyone buy that and get a skill? Will that skill work well for a level 93? I've only seen level 40 and 60 special crest like this on Marketplace. Also, how can I find them on my own? Thanks again! You're very helpful .

Elemental Conversion Gems

Abyssal - Converts to Dark
Blazing - Converts to Fire
Iced Moon - Converts to Water
Lightning Flame - Converts to Light

You put it in your Main Hand, and It converts your element... In turn you lose 15% of that respective element and must build it up with 3 gems of the same type.
In the end you do far more damage than if you didn't convert. And I would recommend Light or Dark because of the ability to purchase and use Technique accessories with Dark / Light Damage~

Windwalker / Sniper ( Can use any 3 elemental gems +1 conversion)
Physician / Abyss Walker ( Use 4 Dark Gems As they are naturally Dark no need to convert.)

Radiant Necklace is an old item that gives you dark damage I wouldn't recommend using it it is outdated.

Special Skill Crests are basically for PVP only, I wouldn't get one for PVE as it is practically useless. You can't obtain them anymore either.

Thanks, you should be a GM! Very helpful and kind. A few more questions, for the time being . If I enhance a dragon gem that's applied to armor or a weapon do I need to apply protection jelly for that item or weapon not to break? It says dragon gems doesn't break but will the item break? Should I detach the dragon gem and then enhance them and put them back on my armor and weapon? What is the max level of enhancement for weapons, armor, and dragon gems? WIll they glow when i reach max level. THANK YOUUU SO MUCH!

You can enhance a dragon gem that is applied onto a weapon without risk, there is no chance that the gem will break ( but it can fail ) or that the equipment piece will break~ So you are safe enhancing it while it is in your gear

Note: Sealed dragon Gems from guild CAN break ( the gem itself not the gear )

The max level of enhancement traditionally is +13, because after 13 the rate to 14 becomes extremely low ( 15% I believe ) and Jellies can't be used, even more extreme from there is +15 which has a 5% chance ( and sometimes 1% ) to work... But Jellies stop working on gear after +13 making this quite risky to go for!

In fact there has never been a +15 Legend grade item ever ( Unless a GM spawned it )
And there has only been one Legend grade +14 on the entire DN SEA server, and I don't think I have seen any on EU or NA!

The maximum level for Dragon Gems varies on the level

Level 90 = +15
Level 93 = +14

They don't glow at maximum level, although your weapon will get a small red aura / glow at +13

Hey Couplord. I was wondering... Did people create new accounts for the DragonNest NA shard or where they transferred here? Did they have a choice? If I wanted, could I play on the other servers instead of the NA server? Ty

Sorry for the late response and good morning! Other players were transferred here from the nexon server without a choice, you can opt to go to dragon nest sea ( but personally I think NA can be better ) but you will have to register over at cherry credits and make an account. You will have to start over on this server.

Thanks Couplord . I like the NA server. Was just wondering why people say Sea is good but on this one. Could i transfer from Sea to this one and bring some things back with me? XD

No you couldn't transfer from NA to SEA, or from SEA to NA.
People are saying SEA is better, but in all honesty I think NA has a much.... much better community.
SEA has the ability to sell certain things on market though, but personally I would rather a better community than more ways to get stronger, but thats just me.
Funny as it is, people on SEA are thinking about moving to NA or EU, the grass always looks greener somewhere else~
