Resetting the PvP ranks?

Reset the ranks, and ban the people who chill room.

There are plenty of amazing PvPers (both 1v1 and otherwise) that first started in chill rooms. In fact, before the combo practice room existed, every top PVPer spent plenty of time in a "chill" room with their friends while combo practicing with each other.. or just simply being the dummy and "chilling" .
