Philemena is still around, rest assured. Not sure if he pvp's much anymore, though.

As for top players, if Triple Threat even still plays, hes definitely #1 LK imo.

Dest - Demolish (Don't know any better ones so far, but hes good)

Reita will always be a good mercenary, no matter what happens. Demolish farms on noobs, but he's good as well. Eiyra is on sometimes and he barely PVPs. Philemena PVP less now. Triple Threat I wouldn't consider good right now.
