Raw vs ECJ in 95 cap.

Hello everyone! This may come as a noob question but is ECJ still the best choice even now that phys/mag jades give 8% instead of 4% ?

On a solo environment, the threshold would be around 32% Elemental Attack.

However, on a party environment, in which the game is inclined to, Elemental will still be the place to go as Elemental Debuffs are widely available in parties.
