The problem goes away when you go char screen and go back in somehow

i guess 3-7 sec black screen loading is fine, rather than getting the loading time before maintenance (40sec to 2mins).

no its tolerable but not fine it should be instant after the map loading

This is how it started last time! 3-10 seconds of blackscreen, then 1-3 days later its over 30 secs, then a minute!
