Returned Hero (what)

Don't wanna put this on bug or something as I am not really sure about it. So I've created a dark character last month then tried to use it. I know for sure that it should have RH but it's the other way around.
So my question now, is Returned Hero not gonna be back? Is this a bug? Is it just me? Or is returned hero just not yet back (wtf am i saying)

Is it because I'm playing other characters? Basically, the dark character I've created was level 28. I left it for about a month. In the same account, I had more characters so I used them. Is this because why I can't RH?

To receive RH is to not play legit? I'm sorry if I'm looking like a noob.

RH is back if thats what you’re trying to ask. give your account another week or so then check?

If you are playing other characters on the same account with your dark character then it would not gain RH. AFAIK the whole account should not be used for a month before you can get RH.
