rhannie if you are referring to the daily jelly, it can be. As for the one given by the event, no idea. However they mentioned that it is placed in special storage, so you may be able to select a char to collect the rewards.

I also have the same question cause if this is allowed Can buy daily with all subs to save cc spending than buying the normal jelly But then again if you plan to sell jelly its fine to buy normal and use the free jelly not tradeable for own use

For the Burn gacha event the daily gacha sale was included even the durational altea I got non tradeable gacha for the one purchased using daily sale and tradeable for normal altea even if it was purchased using discount tix.
