my account got verification ban last week friday and ED, CHERRYCREDITS request an ss of my id so i took a 3 picture of it back and front and 1 holding it anyone had experience verification ban ?
please enlighten me or give me hope..
i got sadnyth set medea +10 set rune accessory + unique skill accessory for artillery lvl 93 jade int 7pcs +15 Main good stat 300+ k matta. town Cerberus/MaxMount/Giraffe sad life GG

you need to verify your account so ED sent you a mail on your email address so verify it now so u can login

yes sir i check my email and they dont send me any mail for verification

if u can log in on ED website just change your email address so they sent u a verification mail .
still cant login..? you need to file a ticket on ED via 1:1 inquiry i hope this step can help you out goodluck

i can log in on ED sir... so if i change my log in ID (email log in ID) i can log in to Dragon Nest ? i did not know that sir even if i have an open ticket can i change my email ? thnx sir for help i will try that
