Account issue. Forgot my 1st password

its been 2 years since i played dragon nest sea and now i want to play again but i forgot my 1st password and i also tried resetting my 2nd password but it says verification failed . is there any way to reset my 1st and 2nd password in dragon nest sea?

I believe the last time you played was when DN is managed by cherry credits so you should handle and fix that account first. Or are you through with transferring your account? Because I can see in your screencap that you are transacting/doing your thing with sea.dragonnest.com.
