there's no other way to charge EYET below 5k CC?

why they don't implement specific # of CC to charge?
I have below 5k CC and I just want to spend few things in the cash shop. is there any other way?

Edit: So we can't waste some cc please. i want to put all my CC to EYET but there is still spare. I feel cheated for not using my few cc in the game. it feels like "Buy this!" After I bought. it says like "You can't use your CC below 5,000? Reload more!". the f (sorry)

Unfortunately no way you can do it. What you can do is buy that cash item from other players via gifting now, if it can be gifted, since there is a top up and spend event going on now
