The truth is that if ED dont show the stats, nobody knows. Your question appears to be asking the players and not ED too

Still unfortunate events have triggered the lack of info. on some items/gears/weapons maybe TS ED can give the answer .

its not there in files , I think can only say after april game patch
Would be better if ED can give details by themselves

epic police or Iona's weapons still has better stats. I'll just wait for their announcement of what tier and enhancement grade Medea before I participate or not.

Also, is it transferable thru server storage(armors) coz the recent spending rewards the Majestic Black Dawn Wings can't put on server storage

I do not know the answer but I am guessing most likely no, since the event is now 'per character' basis. It makes sense that you need to the reward for the char you want

We cant assume that those costumes are permanent as well. But there's a good chance thats its permanent unless they want people to riot.
