Where exact can I find this daily sales?

Also, even if we buy at lets say tier 2, if in future it rises up to tier 4 will we still get all tiers of rewards?

you cant buy gachas with dnp =x

According to a few people, you can actually buy them with DNP. Please remember that the DNP system now is not like from CC's era.

that's fair enough, cash event should come from cash not from freebie DNP, which is open to abuse, just create as many BP as u can , and get awesome freebie.
