A lot are salty about it cuz apparently they benefited less from this event compared to the ones who benefit a lot from this ( mostly the undergeared players )....not like ED forced them to spend money too,in the end they'll still spend money on the game...thats how it works.. its like CC forums all over again when gachalicious season 4 was announcedComment

I won't never know because i always look for positive side of every event and any affiliations unlike you being unhappy to others thats called jealousy. I don't even know why people ljke you?? look the negative side instead being happy to others, and also my real friend already have gerraint access full set tier 2caltpse is vrry happy with the event because he is looking forward for many people to play DN in there utmost part. Damn pride cant say the word jealousy from ther mouth its even tyour choice to participate the event, also its equally distributed. We can now distinguish selfish people in this event and peiple who cares for others.Comment

Flamebait. Irdk why you people insist ppl are butthurt or smthing *this certain group blablabla*, are you trying to put more salt on those who actually worked their way to get their gears? No I don't think they're jealous, it's just unfair that the efforts poured in to their gears were just equaled to 10 gachas. It's understandable they'll get a bit mad on this one. You can't expect everyone to be happy on this kind of event. Stop equalizing dislike as jealousy, it's not always the case.

Imagine you just managed to get main weapon tier 2 + 20 medea from medea tier 1 +0 recently, your MINIMUM enhancement cost will be:
[ONE PIECE MEDEA TIER 1+0 to MEDEA TIER 2 +20]
- Gold: 13k (without Golden Goose membership)
- Low Grade Stone: 342
- Mid Grade Stone: 172
- High Grade Garnet: 246
- High Grade Essence of Life: 74
- Jelly: 780
This calculation is made based on assumption that no enhancement hammer is used and the enhancement does not fails in the process. This is just enhancement cost of one piece of equipment, not the entire 7 pieces of equipment. Assuming full set of equipment is rewarded, of course, this is totally unfair to those who just get their calypse equipment recently through medea route. Calypse users are probably fine with this event as they get their equipment months ago through rune dragon equipment route and probably get their investment back by providing nest services.
Personally I like this event, as the reward is very appealing for casual players like me who have hard times upgrading medea tier 1+10. However, I do understand the frustration of some players who get their calypse equipment through medea route. Please put yourself in their position before bashing them, this is like adding insult towards their injury.Comment

I don't really see why those who worked their way up to calypse should act SOOOOOOO salty, I mean you got the pride of being able to work yer asses to Calypse without depending on 10 gachas, at least be proud of that instead of being a "little annoyed" about this event. As for us, who we're able to get the blessing of this event, we should stop triggering those who worked their way to calypse, we are basically being spoonfed and we should just shut the fck up and start playing the game with more respect towards those valiant and hardworking players. You see it's all about respect, that's all we need to have our dream community. I myself got my own T2 Medea weapons through pure hardwork (i wasn't able to t2 my armors cuz im just a casual player who plays 1-2 hours a day) and after seeing this event pop out of no where, im like "wtf after all these grinding and all, you'll suddenly give this?" but then after some tea time and a little bit of thinking here and there I figured out that it's just a way of Tasha and ED to thank us(yes all of us), for all the hardwork and times that we invested to the game. Although it is really annoying to think after all the time we invested towards our gears and all the sales talk we had to do to get the best prices to get the materials we needed to enhance, in the end of the day it's a game. The main purpose of a game is to lessen our stress from our real lives and have a different environment wherein we could communicate and exchange our thoughts and feelings with other players. Remember Tet's last Pledge!! Let's all have fun and play together!

Pubs just doesn't care how you get your armors, being spoonfed or through hardworks. They just see the end results: what gears are you using. Yes you should be proud of yourself, but don't force other to be proud of you.
DN is about gears and skills. Now that this event gave many the gears, but not skills. Hardworking players gained their skills during the grinding of gears, so I think that it is an advantages for them.
