This is a bit an indirect answer.
According to the conditions, you need to "purchase" the jelly from the cash shop - buying from TH does not count. Then that means any way of purchasing them that is found in the checkbox when you are about to purchase them.
Previous discussion about DNP mentions, you can "purchase" anything on the cash shop using DNP.

So if I have top-up at least 105k EYET between March 23 - 27
I could have received a 105k DNP rebate last March 30.
I could buy 1500 pcs jelly using my 102k EYET and another 1500 pcs using my 102k DNP
then I'll receive an additional 3000 pcs because of this event.
102k EYET = 6000 pcs Jellies (3000 tradeable, 3000 not tradeable)
