Enhancement Computation this is right?

Tier 3 has 80% success rate if u enhance today with 30% what will be the computation or this is the right thing to do in computation percentage?
0.8*(1+0.3) = 1.04 or 104% this is right?

if this is right? they will be 104% during enhancement means... no fail?

Yes, success rate becomes 104% supposedly. Apparently, there are some people who claimed that their equipment still got broken.

The thing is, why believe such claims without any solid evidence that their equipment actually got broken while enhancing without jelly during enhancement event?

Theoretically, with 30% enhancement event, it is either 110% or 104% success rate, (80% base rate + 30% event = 110%) OR (80% base rate x 130% = 104%). AND to emphasize, the RNG for breaking your equipment is only rolled WHEN the enhancement actually fails (Which in both cases, should not apply).

Enhance Tier 3 during +30% event without jelly is safe. It will not broken. I enhance 5 part from +0 to +20 without jelly, 100% up and all safe. Have a bunch of friend do it too.
People who claim they broke their tier 3 equip either lying or enhance outside the event time.
