Coupon codes error.

I tried twice.
First enter says, this coupon code is not yet available to claim please check main website for more info.
Second try and this happen.

Did you check main website? It did say there are currently issues with Rainbow Wings, Gacha and Red Bird. Please tel your friends not tonuse those coupons yet to prevent them from being wasted like this. We are unsure if we will get full reimbursement for failed coupons.

Still not news about this? I have the same problem :c i also tried sending a message to CC but got back nothing and in addition my message with the Prize code was deleted by them :c

well yeah considering its a code for a currency based item, that's confidential and you should never share it even send it to CC without their permission of showing the codes to them.

Just wait a couple of weeks or so maybe they have something in mind with this issue and are just planning in when to discuss this or reimburse for the failed coupons.
