We are just restarting the game and then this immediate problem...lack of official announcements on all platforms such as FB and forums just to give everyone a heads up... they could have extended the opening a bit if they weren't ready just so the new beginning will have a perfect start
Come to think of it, they should have had enough time to make sure everything will run smoothly today, or at least made sure that we can at least enter the game properly

Since there's no manual patch everyone needs to do normal patch process... hopefully it will not be as lag when everyone starts to open gacha boxes better try to enjoy first the new content .. later ^_^

one CANNOT appreciate unprofessionalism... remember, they run a business, otherwise we won't be playing this game at all... and when you say something like we will re-open the game on a certain date at a certain time.. all your efforts and resources MUST be directed in making sure that everything is fine on the stipulated return date.. otherwise just say might instead of will... NOT BEING ABLE TO ENTER THE TOWN AT LEAST on the first day of return is a big blunder and a bit unforgivable as they are the game developers themselves...
I was assuming/expecting/hoping that the game owners will do a better job in fulfilling their statements as opposed to 3rd party handlers like what we had before, thus the message of disappointment for them to do a better job than the previous handlers especially since they are the developers, as I previously mentioned.
I don't know why you are so affected by my sentiments which are a matter-of-fact and not just mere ranting like a lot of people do. This is to make them aware that they should deliver on their promises. Whether you or other people agree with this opinion or statement of what is actually obvious is beyond me. It is my right to voice out my opinion and views on what's happening as I care about the game too. At the end of the day, everything is about business, that's why we are able to entertain ourselves with this game. They need our business and, therefore, what we say should be heard and should be important to them. I will kiss-ass if it is warranted but this is not the time for that. Saying that they failed on the first day of the much-anticipated return is a fact, now whether you agree or not with that fact is your business and you cannot stop or reprimand any member if they need to vent out their frustration - whether that member is an infant or a step away fom their graves. Respect freedom of speech; especially when you know that what was stated is a fact.

I hear you and I agree 100%! It's a lame excuse that they did not foresee this kind of issue. Again, this shows lack of management and proper hindsight.
