there are tons of bug is this the same with dn korea? i want to level up but the achievement reward is not working this is sad

Heck I getcha, it was the same for us (actually worse since it was during the time where we had no updates for almost 5 months if I remember right.). Honestly at this point, just hope you guys don't get any damnable bugs like we did when the NA server finally went back online.

I hope you guys don't have to wait long for your bugs to be fixed but...

I use the old one AND IT feels like there is 0.3seconds delay. Even if CH is not crowded..
