    NOTES:
    • If anyone going to use any English information I authored and in my threads as a basis, do credit me.
    • Just to let you know, I know most if not all DN related sites(Even used VPN to locate it). I will be surfing the internet in these to spread my information with links.
    • I can guarantee that my information are detailed. If not, call my attention and I can make it more detailed as ever than those others who share the same information.
    • I despise using google translate nor blindly following the translation.
    • Unlike other DN related sites, videos, and articles that slap you with new information(Some doesn't provide sources), All my threads are subject for discussions and any changes regarding new information, and everyone are encouraged to discuss any useful information.
    • I only use SEA terms on released content changes, and Korea terms for new content not released.
    Class Balancing:
    Class and Skill description.
    • If you don't understand the skill information, please refer to DN spacem SKILL SIMULATOR(SEA) website and select a class of your choice (PVE/PVP) and view the skills information data and discover new changes here.
    • The function changes apply to PVE and PVP but percentage values are only for PVE(I indicated which has difference with "PVP")
    • Previous skill balancing was on Korea Update 8/3/2017 to Raven, Artillery, and Ray Mechanic and Korea Update 7/6/2017 Class Mastery 2 and 3 Changes.
    • All the attack percentages are at maxed SP level.
    • Pretty much that most classes have been boosted in this patch.
    *Class Arrangement: Only Classes under Warrior, Archer, Cleric, Kali, Assassin. Dark Spin-offs Classes: Dark Avenger, Silver Hunter, Arch Heretic, Ray Mechanic, Oracle Elder.

    ◆ Mercenary

    • Stomp
    Increased Attack power.
    - From 857% to 1690%

    • Demolition Fist
    Increased Attack power.
    - From 1712% to 2357%

    • Circle Swing
    Increased Attack power.
    - From 1993% to 2372%

    • Rolling Attack
    Increased Attack power.
    - From 1553% to 2134%

    • Highlander
    Reduced Cooldown time.
    - From 60 seconds to 45 seconds
    Decreased HP consumption.
    - From 35% of maximum health to 15% of maximum health

    ※ Developers' comment:
    • Upgraded the attack power of some Mercenary main skills. And had mitigated the risk of using Highlander skill.

    Barbarian

    • Bone Crash
    Increased Attack power.
    - From 4342% to 5614%
    Reduced Cooldown time.
    - From 32 seconds to 22 seconds

    • Class Mastery 2
    Can use Bone Crash Instant after using Impact Punch.
    Removed Bone Crash Instant cooldown reset effect after using Dash kick skill.
    Bone Crash and Bone Crash Instant does not share cooldown time.

    • Frenzy
    Reduced Cooldown time.
    - From 75 seconds to 65 seconds

    ※ Developers' comment:
    • Barbarian is an attractive class that uses Circle Swing EX from RAGE.
    • However, there was a disadvantage that attaining RAGE is frustrating and there was no way to deal damage in using Circle Swing EX.
    • Therefore, We adjusted the attack power and Main Skills cooldown time.
    • We have made it possible to create a combination with Class Mastery III and by strengthening Bone Crash Instant damage.

    ◆ Destroyer

    • Class Mastery 1
    Removed HP recovery effect when using Highlander skill.
    When using Battle Howl skill, Increases damage by 50% of health.
    When using Charging Howl skill, the duration of the HP recovery effect increases.
    - Duration from 10 seconds to 20 seconds

    • Class Mastery 2
    Removed attack increase by 50% of health.

    • Assault Crash
    Increased skill animation speed.
    - There is no problem that the combo is cut off for small monsters and characters, or the last hit does not occur.
    Removed the effect of attaining RAGE and consume 5 RAGE when using the skill.
    Increased Attack power and Cooldown time.
    - From 9655% to 16438%
    - From 8 seconds to 22 seconds

    • [Awakening Passive] Maelstrom Howl
    Attack and Cooldown reduction effect removed.
    Removed RAGE consumption effect.
    When using skill, Recovers 5% of HP. (3% PVP)

    • [Awakening Passive] Howl Charging
    Increased the input time of Special Attack Button to activate the damage increase effect.

    ※ Developers' comment:
    • Destroyer is not designed properly the way it consumes RAGE.
    • The Main Skills cooldown is short so that only certain skills are used repeatedly.
    • We have adjusted the RAGE consumption, damage, cooldown, and additive effect of some skills. For Crash Mode, the improvement is still under review.

    ◆ Acrobat

    • Air Pounce
    Adjusted the Maximum Skill level.
    - From 19 levels to 9 levels
    - At max level, attack power is maintained.

    • Spiral Kick
    Reduced Cooldown time.
    - From 9 seconds to 6 seconds

    • Binding Shot
    Increased attack power.
    - From 1823% to 2750%

    • Double Somersault Kick
    Increased attack power.
    - From 2204% to 3306%

    • Spiritual Excel
    Reduced SP required.
    - From 10 to 5

    • Spirit Boost
    Reduced SP required.
    - From 10 to 5

    • Shortbow Mastery
    Reduced SP required.
    - From 10 to 5

    ◆ Tempest

    • Hurricane Dance
    Reduced Cooldown time.
    - From 33 seconds to 26 seconds

    • Binding Shot EX
    Increased Attack rate.
    - From 30% to 50%

    • Double Double Somersault Kick EX
    Increased Attack rate.
    - From 30% to 50%

    ※ Developers' Comments:
    Tempest main skills are strengthened.
    We greatly strengthened the attack power of Double Somersault Kick that can be linked to the main skills(Butterfly effect).
    The higher the skill level of linked main skills, the more damage it can do.

    ◆ Wind Walker

    • Rising Storm
    Reduced Cooldown time.
    - From 32 seconds to 25 seconds

    • Class Mastery 2
    Cyclone Kick cooldown reduced by 1 sec per Rising Storm hit.

    • Swift Attack
    Reduced Cooldown time.
    - From 30 seconds to 24 seconds

    • Flash Kick
    Attack is maintained until landing when used in the air.
    Adjusted the skill so that it can be linked from tip Tops skill.

    * Developer comment:
    • Wind Walker has an advantage to link skills when using Ride Current skill.
    • After the effects of Showtime and Spirit Boost, the aggressiveness of using skills are significantly reduced.
    • Therefore, the cooldown time of the Main Skills are decreased slightly and reduced Air Pounce SP maximum level.
    • By improving the usability of Flash Kick, it is possible to have a more effective usage of skill combos.
    • Rising Storm reduces the cooldown time of Cyclone Kick so that it keeps the same usability when using Ride Current.
    • It can be a basis on which cyclone kick can be used more frequently than using Ride Current effect.

    ◆ Priest

    • Grand Cross
    Increased Attack power.
    - From 1019% to 3033%

    • Holly Burst
    Increased Attack power.
    - From 978% to 2052%

    • Blessing of Light
    Reduced SP required.
    - From 10 to 5

    • Striking
    Reduced SP required.
    - From 10 to 5

    • First Aid
    Reduced SP required.
    - From 10 to 5

    ※ Developer Comments:
    • Priest's Grand Cross and Holy Burst were used as main skill for Inquisitor and Saint, but the damage was too low.
    • So we have increased the base damage and reduced the SP requirement of certain skills.

    ◆ Inquisitor

    • Consecration
    Decreased Grand Cross attack rate.
    - From 400% to 150%
    Decreased Holy Burst attack rate.
    - From 500% to 200%

    ※ Developer Comments:
    • Since the base damage of Grand Cross and Holy Burst has increased, we reduced the increase rate of attack power under Consecration skill.

    ◆ Saint

    • [Awakening Passive] Grand Cross
    Decreased Explosion damage.
    - From 150% to 100%

    • [Awakening Passive] Holy burst
    Decreased Holy Burst used on Relics.
    - From 100% to 75%

    ※ Developer Comments:
    • Since the base damage of Grand Cross and Holy Burst has increased, we reduced Saint's Awakening Passive skill effect.
    ◆ Screamer

    • Phantom Claw
    Increased Attack power.
    - From 1626% to 1931%
    Reduced Cooldown time.
    - From 15 seconds to 6 seconds

    • Chain Claw

    Cooldown time is not affected by increasing skill level.
    - Fixed to 7 seconds

    • Revenge Hand
    Increased Attack power.

    • Rampage Claw
    Increased Attack power.

    Adjusted buff duration per skill level. (Up to 4 levels)

    • Spirit Paper
    Increased Attack power.

    Reduced Cooldown time.

    Removed the damage increase effect.
    Added an effect that reduces the speed of the target.
    - Reduced target action speed / movement speed by 20% (10% PVP)

    ※ Developer Comments:
    • First of all, there is a problem that Screamer class can't use Phantoms Avenger skill and the problem of Summon Puppet skill positioning.
    • So we removed Phantoms Avenger cooldown recovery rate and Summon Puppet increase damage effect. And as a result we added Summon Puppet reduce speed debuff.

    ◆ Dark Summoner

    • Sadistic Pleasure
    Removed Increase Dark attribute attack, Final Damage and Fixed HP recovery effect.
    New Buff: Recovers HP by 1% when attacked. (0.5% PVP)
    Cooldown increased.
    - From 10 seconds to 90 seconds

    • Chaos Formation
    Increased Attack power.
    - From 5069% to 7754%
    Reduced Cooldown time.
    - From 30 seconds to 27 seconds

    • Phantom Claw EX
    Increased Attack rate.
    - From 30% to 50%

    • Chain Claw EX
    Increased Chain Claw additional hit attack.
    - From 30% to 50%
    You can also enter Jump Button in midair to use Chain Claw additional hit attack.
    - 150% of Additional Hit Attack of Chain Claw skill when midair

    • Rampage Claw EX
    Increased Rampage Claw additional hit attack.
    - From 30% to 50%

    • Class Mastery 1
    Summoning Energy Requirement has been changed from Main Skill Critical Chance to Main Skill Hit.
    Phantom Claw EX Advent has been changed to refer Phantom Claw EX damage, not Phantom Claw.
    - From 300% ATK of Phantom Claw to 300% increased ATK of Phantom Claw EX(400% ATK of Phantom Claw EX)
    - From 200% ATK of Phantom Claw to 100% increased ATK of Phantom Claw EX(200% ATK of Phantom Claw EX)(PVP)
    When using Phantom Claw EX Advent, Increases Main Skills Cooldown time recovery by 20%.
    Dark Attribute Attack increased by 30%. (10% PVP)

    • Deadly Claw
    Skill Removed.

    • Phantom Ascendance
    New skill as Deadly Claw replacement.
    When used, it hits nearby enemies and avoids midair.
    Attack Power 2250% (285% PVP)
    Cooldown 10 seconds (15 seconds PVP)

    • Shattering Hand
    Skill need not to ran forward, but use the skill in place.
    If character moves forward and uses the skill, it can rush and attack as before. Can be used in midair!
    Increased attack power.
    - From 8948% t 12108%

    ※ Developer comment:
    • We decided that the difficulty of handling Dark Summoner needs to be a little simplier.
    • Class Mastery I has been granted Cooldown time recovery effect that was removed from Phantom's Avenger so that it can naturally recover the cooldown of the main skills when Phantom Claw EX Advent is used.
    • We have set Sadism Pleasure to pure recovery skill and HP are recovered but only when attacked by enemy.
    • Decreased attack stats due to removed effects from 'Sadism Pleasure' have been resolved by Class Mastery I, Main Skills' attack power, and cooldown time adjustment.

    ◆ Soul Eater

    • Specter of Pain
    Increased Attack power.
    - From 1918% to 2281%
    Cooldown time is not affected by increasing skill level.
    - Fixed to 7 seconds
    The skill animation speed in its early stage when casting has been raised slightly.

    • Soul Scream
    Increased Attack power.
    - From 1255% to 1602%
    Reduced Cooldown time.
    - From 34 seconds to 23 seconds

    • Class Mastery 1
    Each time Specter of Pain hits, Reduced Dragon Soul's cooldown by 1 second.
    - The amount of recovery per hit is limited to 6 seconds.

    • Class Mastery 2
    Removed Cling Snake Instant.
    Added Beast Spirit Instant.
    - You can activate after using Stigma of Curse.

    • Soul Liberation
    Increased damage reduction while casting.
    - From 50% to 70%
    Attack hit increased.
    - From 20 hits to 23 hits (The skill casting time can't be changed.)

    • [Awakening Passive] Soul Devourer
    Removed the effect of acquiring SOUL when using Grudge Formation.
    When casting Soul Scream, can acquire SOUL.
    Reduced HP recovery per second.
    - From 3% to 1.5%

    • [Awakening Passive] Cling Snake
    Increased cooldown recovery time.
    - From 5 seconds to 7 seconds

    • [Awakening Passive] Soul Scream
    Removed skill.

    • Phantom's Avenger skill has been adjusted to make it more effective to use Soul Eater's Main Skills independently.
    • We have been able to create a more meaningful deal of cycle by re-establishing the skill effects associated in acquiring SOUL.
    • As well as adjusting the attack power and cooldown of the Main Skills, Dragon's Soul, and Instant skill.

    • Ripper has slightly low attack power compared to its high level of difficulty, so we have upgraded the attack power of his Main Skills.
    • Also, if not affected by various action speed buffs, we have increased it by upgrading Artful Chaser.
    • Can choose between Attack Power and Action Speed Increase, reducing Beast Swipe cooldown time from Awakening Passive Crippling Punisher, and while under Crippling Punisher mode, Beast Swipe has prevented from being forced to use.

    ◆ Raven

    ※ Developer's Comment:
    The last Raven improvement patch has been a downturn because it's different from our intention.
    There was less attack power of the main skills and some problem on STEAL attainment and consumption.
    Therefore, we increased the attack power of the Main Skills including Guillotine Cross, removing Crow Storm STEAL consumption, Star Combination can acquire two STEAL decisively.

    ◆ Dark Avenger

    • Piercing Crescent
    Increased Attack power.
    - From 748% to 877%

    • Dark Crash
    After finishing blow, can use Tumble and Dark Avenger Tumble.
    - The available timing is the same as when using existing Dark Stinger.
    When cast, recover 5% HP (2% PVP)

    Rising slash is now fire attribute.

    ◆ Arch Heretic

    • Chaotic Shield
    When hit on enemy, you gain Nightmare Force.
    - Doesn't apply to multiple enemies.

    • Silver Hunter may have similar stats to Artillery and had low attack power on skills. So we upgraded it to focus mainly on her primary skills.

    ◆ Ray Mechanic (PVP)

    • Singularity
    Plasma spheres are created using the following skills: Dynamic Laser, Electronic Spanner, and Sudden Spanner.
    Increased Generation Field explosive damage.
    - From 460% to 1738%

    ※ Developer's Comment:
    • There was no intention to downgrade Ray Mechanic's attack power last patch. If there are any further changes, we will continue to revise after review.

    ◆ Oracle Elder [We don't have SEA terms yet]
    *Enhancement Skills when transformed.

    • Wild Blade / [Enhancement Skills] Wild Blade
    Increased Super armor.

    • Twister / [Enhancement Skills] Twister
    Increased Super armor.

    • Vanishing Blade/ [Enhancement Skills] Vanishing Blade

    • Flash Temp
    Increased Super armor.

    • Class Mastery 2
    When Inseat Sutatsu activated, blue effect coming from Oracle Elder's body is exposed with SPARKLE.
    Increases damage of Sharp Hurricane by 20% over the duration of Inseat Sutatsu.

    ※ Developer's Comment:
    • Oracle Elder default super armor defense was lower than intended by 20% ~ 50%.
    • In addition, the [General Attack Button] special skill, which only applies when Oracle Elder transforms.
    • Sharp Hurricane can be used in conjunction with the effect after transformation.
    • Judging the inconvinience before transformation was greater than pleasantness, we had modified Sharp Hurricane as a basic specification.

    ◆ PVE Heal Skill

    • Heal Shower (EX included)
    Increased height range.
    From 3m to 5m

    • Heal
    Increased height range.
    From 3m to 5m

    • Great Heal
    Increased height range.
    From 1.5m to 5m

    • Chakra Energy (EX included)

    ※ Developer comment:
    Judging that it is difficult to heal a party member in midair.
    Certain skills was adjusted to 5m height to restore party members' HP immediately when casting.

    Correct me if I'm wrong (Im not good with math) but it is a NERF on Inqui's Enhanced Holy Burst Right?

      It is an overall buff, bar one big assumption.

      The summary is this:

      GC: 1019% -> 3033%
      HB: 1034% -> 2052%

      GCv2: 400% down to 150%
      HBv2: 500% down to 200%.

      Now, the assumption I am making is that the v2 skills (Consecrated HB/GC) are still + and not *.

      Currently the values are +400% and +500%, so GCv2 is actually x5 of GC (100% base + 400% = 500%) and HBv2 is x6 of HB (100% base + 500% = 600%), a quick Berlin weapon test would confirm this (I confirmed this in my tests after Awakening).

      In other words, if your base skill is x, the Consecrated versions adds +4x and +5x rather than *4 and *5, this yields x+4x = 5x and x+5x = 6x respectively rather than x*4 = 4x and x*5 = 5x.

      So basically:

      GCv2: 1019% * 5 = 5095%
      HBv2: 1034% * 6 = 6204%

      Now let's take a look at the post-changes.

      If the Consecrated versions are still +150% and +200% and NOT *150% and *200%, it should be:

      GCv2: 3033% * 2.5 = 7582.5%
      HBv2: 2052% * 3 = 6156%

      So in otherwords, HBv2 remains unchanged, GCv2 is a decent buff AND GCv1 and HBv1 actually hurt rather than deal token damage.

      So the effect is that it is a buff. The impact of which however is debatable. GCv2 is nice, but GCv1 and HBv1 are dead bottom of our rotation. Even if they were buffed, we might not actually feel it because so many other skills take priority over them due to higher DPS or simply better rotational value (i.e. the other skills have interactions with our other skills/passives, GCv1 and HBv1 has no interaction to speak of).

      BUT, BUT, if the dev team messed up and changed it to multipliers rather than additions (i.e. *150% and *200%) then you are looking at a big nerf, which is unwarranted given we are actually in need of a buff. So hope they didn't mess up.

      Note: I would test it in KDN but the account I had access to was locked due to inactivity so now I can't go in and see if the devs did it right or if they messed up and changed the additions to multiplication.

    I knew something needs to be done for Raven after they decided to remove the Chain Star buff.
    Looks much better now with removed Steal consumption for Crow Storm and the 2 Steal per knife skills.
    2400% for 5 sec cd (if they left this untouched since it's not mentioned) Crow Storm might get another nerf though.

              Removed STEAL consumption.
              Can link after using Star Combination.
              Reduced Attack power.
              - From 3604% to 2400%
              Adjusted Attack sequence.
              - 5 total hits
              - High damage from last strike
              - Adjusted attack range

              The parts in green are what catches my eye and conclusion can't be drawn unless I can see how the skill works in game.
              If it works like Instant skill after Star Combination then I expect it to be much faster than what it is now.
              2400% looks low but considering the 5 sec cd if there's no changes to it then the DPS is quite high up the Raven skills list, probably behind Rake, Rain Drop and Applause double hit.
              Probably sounds fair actually.
              Not counting Guillotine Cross since it needs Steal which makes it inconsistent to put hard numbers on but it definitely will be the top 2 in skill details alongside Additional Damage for Raven given how they buff it now.

              Anyway, it will be a pain to integrate into skill rotations considering even as of now, Raven don't have any downtime at all, it hurts seeing another Raven running around during DPS windows.
              Basically just have to wait and see how the changes plays out.

                Isnt that the cooldown is reduced from 12 seconds to 10 seconds? I read the original patch note from DN TW and it wrote like that.
