In any case, spending events are bonuses obtained for purchasing items from the cash shop. You are not 'buying' those rewards listed.

well... i never said that i or we were buying rewards....my point is the requirement to be qualified for a reward is much higher, but the reward itself is less satisfying.
you guys may have overlooked the history of top-up event held by CC back then. (players made top-top even in their dummy accounts, because the reward is great)
but in your event, not even photo of the reward costume is shown....Comment
