Playing solo is not really an achievement or something to be proud of. I suggest you join a guild and ask in-game. The amount of things you ask are quite general and better answers require more specific questions.

40-50: Closed Ice Valley
50-60: Meteor Crash Site Boundary
60-70: Golden Meodew
70-80: Abyss of Heat
80-90: Blue Wind Plain
90-93: Red Waste
93-95: Chiron Beach/Abandoned Wrath

TIPS:
1. Get a Returned Hero party member for 100% exp boost, or maybe you are a RH urself.

70-75: Abyss of Heat
75-80: Wailing Wall (much faster for my case)

Try leveling your chars during the weekend (frequent 300%/200% exp boost) especially on Sundays (Hot Spring buff gives 35% exp bonus).
Also, if you're below 60, you can check the channel selection tab for channel bonus. E.g. if there's (lv 24- lv32) beside, that means you can get channel exp bonus if your level is or between 24-32.
