It reduces some skill effects of other players. Helps with the lag. -

Definitely not SEA although the settings are all the same, they're worded differently.
To answer the question, it reduces or outright removes skill effects from other players, you only see yours and you get a better view of the surroundings for PVE situation.Comment

Well... what does Process Transparent even mean? LOL
Ours is called "Invisible Effect" and is split into 3: No effect, Party Visible and Invisible.
Consider it "how much invisibility applied onto other party member skills."Remmystarr from Eden (Discord: Xenocho #8012)
